What is your shipping policy?

We ship worldwide domestic and international.

All orders within the United States qualify for estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days.

Shipping Options

Priority

All orders in the United States can be upgraded to Priority for a flat rate of $10.00. Orders have an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.

2 Day Fedex

Any order placed in the United States by 11:00 a.m. (MT) can be upgraded to 2 Day Fedex (cost is calculated based on weight of package). Orders will arrive the second business day by 4:30 p.m. at places of business or by 7:00 p.m. to residential addresses. Price is determined by weight. 

Fedex Overnight

Any order placed in the United States by 11:00 a.m. (MT) can be upgraded to Fedex Overnight (cost is calculated based on weight of package). Orders will arrive the following business day (excluding Sunday and major holidays) by 4:30 p.m. Price is determined by weight.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders have an estimated delivery time of 8-15 business days. Cost is calculated based on weight. We offer free international shipping on orders of $199 or more. Additional custom or duty fees may apply upon arrival. Price is determined by weight.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to provide our 14 Day Hassle Free Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee. Our products can be returned for any reason, even if opened, for up to 14 days. A refund back to the original form of payment will be issued after the product is returned.

How are your oils extracted?

We use steam distillation : Plant material is placed in a distillation unit with water inside. Heat is then applied to the unit. As the water heats, the plant part (sacs) holding the essential oil will then release the essential oil. Oil droplets rise with steam droplets and are sucked into a pipe. The oil and water are joined at this point. To separate them, the steam runs through a steam pipe which connects to a cooling unit. The oil and water separate in this cooling process. Two separate pipes collect water in one, and oil in another. 

What is GC/MS testing?

Gas Chromatography (GC) is a method of separating the volatile compounds in essential oils into individual components and produces a linear graph that charts these components. Mass Spectrometry (MS) identifies each of these components and their percentages. This process is used to identify any adulteration of the essential oil tested. The precise breakdown of the chemical components in individual oils given to us by GC/MS reports are important as the therapeutic benefits and safety issues of essential oils are, in large part, determined by their chemical makeup.

Does your blends expire?

Yes, our blends have a shelf life of 90 days.

Do we have to dilute the blend?

No, all of Blend Brothers blends are diluted, to give our customer an hassle free experience. 

Are your oils organic?

Yes, all of our ingredients come from an organic source, which then are GC-MS tested.

Where are your oils from?

All of the essential oils used in our blends are sourced from world-class artisan distillers and GC-MS tested to ensure the upmost purity and effectiveness. 

Can Blends be taken internally?

No, our blends are for topical use only.

Is it safe for women who are pregnant?

At Blend Brothers, the safety of our customers is number one priority; which is why we go to great lengths to ensure all of our oils are free from adulterants such as pesticides, synthetics, fertilizers and GMOs.

With that said, pregnant women should consult their healthcare professional before using essential oils. Essential oils should not be used in the first trimester of pregnancy or with difficult and unstable pregnancies.
